Is there Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available in and around the building for our guests.

What is the minimum stay at Die zwei Löwen?

Stays are possible for a minimum of 2 nights.

Do I need to check in upon arrival?

Check-in is not possible. You will receive the keysafe information on the day of arrival, and you are welcome at Die zwei Löwen from 3 PM.

From what time is arrival possible?

Our apartments are ready by 3 PM at the latest. On the day of departure, we ask that you return your key to the keysafe by 10 AM at the latest.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Bed linens and towels are provided. Additional towels and bed linens, as well as extra cleaning, can be ordered for an additional fee.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed, but we charge an additional €10 per stay (per pet, per day) for final cleaning to prevent allergies.

Is a children cot available?

We are happy to provide a children cot for you. The cost is €10 per stay.

Is a baking oven available?

A small baking oven is available in all apartments.

Is a breakfast service available?

We offer a breakfast service provided by our housekeeping team. The order form is in your apartment, and daily delivery is possible (except for some holidays when bakeries are closed).

Is ski and bicycle storage available?

Die zwei Löwen has a basement storage area where you can store your belongings in a dry place. This storage area can be accessed with your apartment key.

Is Die zwei Löwen easily accessible by public transport?

Winterberg is easily accessible by train or bus. Several companies, such as Meinfernbus and Flixbus, regularly depart from various pick-up points in the Netherlands, and the train even runs daily. Arrival is at Winterberg station, which is approximately one kilometer away.

When are winter tires required?

In Germany, winter tires are required in winter conditions. So, with icy conditions, (wet) snow, and even temperatures just above freezing.

Are there free parking spaces available?

As a guest of Die zwei Löwen, you can park for free around the building.

Are there charging stations for electric cars available?

We don't currently have any charging stations on-site, but there are a growing number of them in the immediate vicinity.

Are there luggage lockers available nearby to store my belongings before arrival or after departure?

Yes, there are several locations nearby where luggage can be stored in lockers for a small fee. For more information: https://ski-klante.de/en/depot-2
